Session notes and R code

The hands-on sessions follow SPARKLE's Modelling Infectious Diseases short course. Notes, exercises and R code for each session are on the SPARKLE training site.

  1. 1Set up an RStudio Project and keep each session's files together in it
  2. 2Download the starter files for a session before it begins
  3. 3Install the R packages a session asks for once, then load them from your script
Fallen behind? Each coding session has a "Need to catch up?" script with the code completed so far.
  • RSession 1 · bean simulation starter
  • RSession 2 · differential equations starter
  • RSession 3 · SEIRS Shiny app
  • CSVThailand first-wave data · Sessions 4, 5, 9
  • RSession 8 · vector-borne modelling starter
